1. Order Modifications Or Cancellation

After having placed your order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request the order modification or cancellation with free of charge. After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 35% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge. Also, there is no refund for cancellation after 24 hours of ordering.

2. What do you need to do in exchange for a refund?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.


Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked and the deduction is 40%.

3. The timeframe in which Styl Sale accepts returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days from the date your package is delivered.

4. When will you be exchanging or refunding?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

Our team will examine and decide the solution to your case depending on the problems.

5. When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the returned product, please allow 5-8 days of business to process for you.

All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.

If you are approved for a refund, please allow 3-6 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

6. Who Is Responsible for Return product?

Please contact Sado Store Support team for any items that arrived damaged, miss printed or defective with proof photos. The return without authorization from our Support team, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. But if a product is deemed defective or any faults of our store, we will pay the shipping fee for the return.

We cannot accept customers' returns or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 9 days from the date your package is delivered.
